Essenziale, minimalista, armonico: l’intervento “Casa Erre” -in cui lo studio ZDA ha collaborato con Roberto Marchini di Prima Srl, che ne ha curato il progetto architettonico, distributivo interno e la direzione lavori e artistica- ha riguardato la parte relativa alle scelte di  cromatiche delle finiture, selezione di materiali,  passando progettazione di mobili su misura, caratterizzata da un arredo completamente plasmato attorno allo spazio, per valorizzarlo nel segno della semplicità (delle forme) e della continuità (nei materiali). 

Fra questi, spiccano il legno impiallacciato, finiture in noce canaletto contrastate da intarsi laccati neri, e, ancora, elementi in alluminio e vetro, sui medesimi toni del nero. Le porte, nascoste nelle armadiature, attraverso l’effetto scomparsa, rafforzano l’idea di totale pulizia e rigore geometrico che contraddistingue l’intervento, amplificandone al contempo gli accenti di razionalità e funzionalità, con l’intenzione di creare un’atmosfera elegante e pragmatica.

L’arredo, infatti, diventa anche parte integrante dell’architettura, con pareti mobili che dividono gli spazi e ne definiscono i volumi; la scelta del cemento resina a pavimento, nei bagni, su alcune pareti e sull’isola della cucina, garantisce resistenza, oltre che linearità e gradevolezza estetica-visiva.

Nel soggiorno, il tetto a vista in legno a doppia altezza costituisce il tema distintivo, pur in sintonia stilistica con il concept. Sempre in soggiorno, una moderna boiserie decora la parete tv, così come il retro letto, nella stanza attigua: anche in questo caso, tutte le decorazioni sono state realizzate a misura, con le stesse finiture in ogni ambiente, proprio per accentuare quella continuità materica che dona luce, carattere e identità all’intera composizione progettuale.

Essential, minimalist, harmonious: the intervention "Casa Erre" - in which the ZDA studio collaborated with Roberto Marchini of Prima Srl, who took care of the architectural project, the internal distribution and the work and artistic direction - concerned the part related to the choice of colors of the finishes, selection of materials, passing through the design of custom-made furniture, characterized by a furniture completely shaped around the space, to enhance it in the sign of simplicity (of forms) and continuity (in materials). 

These include wood veneer, Canaletto walnut finishes contrasted by black lacquered inlays, as well as aluminium and glass elements in the same shades of black. The doors, hidden in the cabinets, through the disappearing effect, reinforce the idea of total cleanliness and geometric rigor that distinguishes the intervention, while amplifying the accents of rationality and functionality, with the intention of creating an elegant and pragmatic atmosphere.

The furniture, in fact, becomes an integral part of the architecture, with movable walls that divide the spaces and define the volumes; the choice of cement resin on the floor, in the bathrooms, on some walls and on the kitchen island, guarantees resistance, as well as linearity and aesthetic-visual pleasantness.

In the living room, the double-height wooden roof is the distinctive theme, in stylistic harmony with the concept. In the living room, a modern boiserie decorates the TV wall, as well as the back of the bed, in the adjoining room: also in this case, all the decorations have been made to measure, with the same finishes in every room, just to accentuate that material continuity that gives light, character and identity to the entire project composition.
